Island here we come

My first visiter came and my boss decided that I should be with my boyfriend and that I have to see the Island, so 11 days od Avocado- discovery with Johannes

we took the early train (7am is far away from sitting in a train) to go to Kandy, 117km or 4 hours from Colombo in Central Avocado

too early to look good on pictures

we had to take first class (bit more than 2 euro) 

but 117 nice-view kilometers

by the way, best view on the stairs

organized criminal stole my pineapple, didn't care at all

crazy entry-price difference for foreingers (1100 Rupees= ca 8euros) and local people (50 Rupees= ca 30cents) residence visa allows local entry prices

And don't forget it's a Island- Discovery, so let's check the herbs and plants in the Spice garden

our guide knows all old-people diseases in german, I kept on speaking english

Sigiriya Rock, but the entrance was to high (for foreigners) so we climbed just the next rock

which was once a temple but bats took over the monk rooms

somehow the rock rocked us

again a huge Buddha, I kept the flowers usually used for worshipping him in my hair, anyway he is gone

this holy flower is predicted to end worshipped in a temple, the national one is pink, Nil Mahanel

horse race area in Nuwara Elyia, I didn't kill the baby horse, it was just lying

luckily it doesn't exist in my home coutry, but I can apply for the perfect advertising

even german people like it

Nuwara Elyia is the coldest place on my Avocado, so first run to wear a pullover

so next step Ella (the Sinhala word for waterfall, but also a village called like this) and another amazing Hindhu Tempel on the way
